At KidsConnect we just REALLY like pre-teaching all the things. And that includes pre-teaching a child what expectations we have of them as they go about their daily lives. Whether in a classroom or a home environment, there are so many advantages to teaching children what the rules of that space are, how they should treat other people, what they should do if there is a problem, and much more. By pre-teaching these expectations, we can then review the rules regularly, use visuals to support, and remind them of the expectations if something starts to go awry.

- Directions on how to use the visuals
- A premade ‘House Rules’ poster that is ready to print and use
- A sheet of additional rules that can be printed and cut out to use as individual reminders, or you can create your own poster of rules that is specific to your home or classroom
